A new life, an old life

Quoting Ferris Bueller, “Life moves pretty fast”

I’m 11 days away from 6 months after my accident. Life is far away from normal again and I still have tons of slow and painful recovery ahead of me. Winter is also almost over, regardless of the snowfall in the last week.In a months time, it’s spring.

Today we ventured outside for a little bit of sun time and the kids loved it. Vicky was playing around the pool and on the jungle-gym, climbing and shouting as only she can, while Juliet sat on her mattress and watched the world around her. I think the kids are going to love this house and garden come spring and summer.

I took some photos of both Juliet and Vicky while they enjoyed the sun, but I was suddenly reminded of our old place and the photos I took of Vicky there

I look forward to the fantastic memories this house will bring and the fantastic life with my wife and kids and the great time I’ll capture of them here.

I’m also glad my arm is recovering and I can take photos again and look forward to taking more photos more often going forward.

To quote Ferris Bueller, “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”

Its good to hear you so positive :) A good couple of years ago you were one of the most erm, uninspiring people I knew (no offence), and look now :)
    Cheers to your new life!
